1. You may upload images, videos, and property details to our app.
2. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your content.  
3. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload.
4. You agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable

1.4 Third-Party Services

1. Our app may use third-party services like Google Maps and AWS S3. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

1.5 Inspection Property

1. Get Your home inspected by our experts to know the best price for your property and get verified!.
2. For Inspection property we don’t have any In-app purchase or subscription and it’s totally free.
3. Expert Inspection, No Cost Involved.

1.6 Termination:

1. We may terminate your account or access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

1.7 Intellectual Property:

1. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out
of or in connection with your use of the app.
2. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, related to the app and its content belong to  MMP Ventures Pvt Ltd.
3. You agree not to use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.  
   


1.8 Disclaimer of Warranties

1. The app is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied
2. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided through the app.
    

1.9 Limitation of Liability

of or in connection with your use of the app.
